PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for tire capable of enhancing hardness and breaking strength while maintaining good rolling resistance without damaging scorch and processability even when a sulfide having a specific structure is blended to overcome a problem that scorch is damaged and processability is damaged by blending the sulfide compound with a rubber composition for tire even with obtaining a tire having excellent low rolling resistance when a coupling agent containing the sulfide compound for the rubber composition for tire.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by blending 0.1 to 2.0 pts.mass of a sulfide compound such as 2,2'-bis(benzimidazolyl-2)ethyl disulfide (2EBZ) after blending, for example, 50 to 150 pts.mass of silica and 3 to 20 pts.mass of a silane coupling agent to 100 pts.mass of a diene-based rubber component.

    【課題】特定の構造を有するスルフィド化合物を含有するカップリング剤をタイヤ用ゴム組成物に用いると、優れた低転がり抵抗性を有するタイヤが得られるとされている。しかし、前記スルフィド化合物をタイヤ用ゴム組成物に配合すると、スコーチが悪化し、加工性が悪化するという問題点がある。本発明の課題は、前記スルフィド化合物を配合してもスコーチおよび加工性を悪化させず、良好な転がり抵抗性を維持しつつ、硬度および破断強度を高め得るタイヤ用ゴム組成物を提供することである。【解決手段】ジエン系ゴム成分100質量部に対し、例えばシリカを50〜150質量部およびシランカップリング剤を3〜20質量部混合した後、2,2’−ビス(ベンズイミダゾリル−2)エチルジスルフィド(2EBZ)のようなスルフィド化合物を0.1〜2.0質量部配合し、前記課題を解決した。【選択図】なし
