PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome extreme difficulty to enhance both of low rolling resistance and reinforcement performance of a rubber even by using methods such as blending silica, blending carbon black with a large particle diameter or reducing the blended amount of the carbon black under a condition that it is desired to reduce rolling resistance of a tire with increased environmental concerns recently.SOLUTION: The above-described problem is solved by a rubber composition obtained by mixing 100 pts.mass of diene rubber containing butadiene rubber of 50 pts.mass or more, 20 to 60 pts.mass of carbon black having nitrogen adsorption specific surface area (NSA) of 30 to 150 m/g and a sulfide compound such as 2,2'-bis(benzimidazolyl-2)ethyldisulfide (2EBZ) of 0.1 to 10 mass% based on the carbon black and having mixing temperature when the sulfide compound is mixed of 120°C or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】近年の環境意識の高まりに伴い、タイヤの転がり抵抗を小さくすることが望まれている。そのため、シリカを配合する、大粒径のカーボンブラックを配合する、カーボンブラックの配合量を減らす等の手法が用いられているが、低転がり抵抗性およびゴムの補強性能を共に高めることは非常に困難であった。【解決手段】ブタジエンゴムを50質量部以上含むジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、窒素吸着比表面積(N2SA)が30〜150m2/gのカーボンブラックを20〜60質量部、および2,2’−ビス(ベンズイミダゾリル−2)エチルジスルフィド(2EBZ)のようなスルフィド化合物を前記カーボンブラックに対して0.1〜10質量%混合して得られるゴム組成物であって、前記スルフィド化合物を混合するときの混合温度が120℃以下であるゴム組成物により、前記課題を解決した。【選択図】なし
