PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem that scorch property is deteriorated by using a polyamide elastomer, where various technologies are proposed in this field for increasing requests of achieving high performance of a tire, for example a rubber composition containing 0.1 to 50 pts.wt. of the polyamide elastomer having the melting point of 100 to 180°C and 1 to 100 pts.wt. of an inorganic reinforcement agent based on 100 pts.wt. of a vulcanizable rubber for improving elasticity, tensile strength, heat generation property and fatigue property.SOLUTION: The above described problem is solved by a rubber composition by blending 100 pts.mass of a diene rubber and 1 to 90 pts.mass of a mixture obtained by mixing carbon black and a polyamide elastomer in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】近年、益々強まるタイヤ高性能化への要求に伴い、当業界では様々な技術が提案されている。例えば弾性、引張強度、発熱性および疲労性を改善することを目的として、加硫可能なゴム100重量部に対し、融点が100〜180℃のポリアミドエラストマー0.1〜50重量部と無機補強剤1〜100重量部を含有するゴム組成物が提案されている。しかし、このようなポリアミドエラストマーを使用すると、スコーチ性が悪化するという問題点がある。【解決手段】ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、カーボンブラックおよびポリアミドエラストマーをあらかじめ混練して得た混練物を1〜90質量部配合してなるゴム組成物によって上記課題を解決した。【選択図】図1
