PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to improve engine cooling efficiency during vehicle travel and vehicle stop, particularly during the vehicle travel.SOLUTION: A two-wheeled motor vehicle 10 including a front cowling 26 covering an area from around an upper portion of a front fork 14 that supports a front wheel 13 to right and left sides and a lower portion of an engine 20, is configured so that an opening portion 37 is formed in the front cowling 26 in front of the engine 20 and in rear of the front wheel 13, and so that a guide plate 40 extending to a front surface of a cylinder assembly 29 of the engine 20 is provided on an inner surface of a sidewall in rear of this opening portion 37.
