PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering telescopic spline shaft capable of transmitting high torque in a state of ensuring strength, without size increase.SOLUTION: A telescopic spline shaft includes an inner shaft 60 including male splines 61; and a cylindrical outer shaft 50 including female splines 51. A resin film 70 is provided on each of surfaces of at least either splines 51 or 61.
