A device for measuring three-degree-of-freedom motion signals of a ship includes a shell 1, an angle compensator 2, an acceleration sensor 3, an angle sensor 4, a quadratic integrator 5, and a signal collector 6. The bottom of the rectangular shell is rigidly connected to the ship. The angle sensor 4 is installed at the bottom of the lower layer of the rectangular shell 1 and is rigidly connected to the rectangular shell 1. The angle compensator 2 adopts a double-ring gyroscope structure. The angle compensator 2 is suspended above the inner upper layer of the rectangular shell 1. The angle compensator 2 comprises a suspension, an outer ring, an inner ring, an upper counterweight, a lower counterweight, a support rod, and a sensor box. The suspension is welded above the inside of the rectangular shell 1. There is a cable hole in the center of the suspension, and there are suspension bearings on the suspension arms to connect with the outer ring. There are two outer ring circular crossbars on the outer ring, an included angle is 180°. There are two outer ring bearings on the outer ring to connect with the inner ring, an angle between the outer ring bearing and the outer ring circular crossbar is 90°.
