The invention discloses a ship conjoined high-degree-of-freedom fender device which comprises a fender winding piece, a fender winding piece and a fender winding piece, the fender winding piece comprises a winding supporting piece and a reel piece, the winding supporting piece is arranged on an outer plate of a ship to provide supporting, and the reel piece is arranged on the winding supporting piece; the fender winding transmission part comprises a selection transmission part and a power transmission part, the selection transmission part selects meshing transmission for the reel part on the winding supporting part, and the power transmission part provides power for the selection transmission part; the protection fender pieces comprise the first protection fender piece and the second protection fender piece, and the first protection fender piece and the second protection fender piece are both arranged on the outer plate and connected with the reel piece so that the hanging height can be automatically adjusted. The device is high in automation degree, high in tire fender adjusting efficiency, wide in application range, good in anti-impact effect and high in buffering reliability.
