A hydrogen energy assisted vehicle, comprising a central control system, a hydrogen fuel cell system, a power control system, and a lithium battery pack. The central control system controls the hydrogen fuel cell system and the power control system to work, and receives feedback information of the hydrogen fuel cell system and the power control system. The hydrogen fuel cell system generates electricity to supply power to the central control system, the power control system and the lithium battery pack. The power control system controls the driving speed. The lithium battery pack supplies power to the central control system and the power control system. Also disclosed is an energy system management method, comprising: management when a user rents a vehicle, management when the user returns the vehicle, and management when the user is in a to-be-rented state. When the user rents the vehicle, a central control system turns on a rear wheel lock and front and rear lights, and sends a power-on instruction to a hydrogen fuel cell management system and a motor controller, and the hydrogen fuel cell management system starts a hydrogen fuel stack. When the user returns the vehicle, the central control system turns off the rear wheel lock and the front and rear lights, and sends a power-off instruction to the hydrogen fuel cell management system and the motor controller, and turns off power supplies of the motor controller, the hydrogen fuel stack and the hydrogen fuel cell management system. In the to-be-rented state, the central control system determines whether a lithium battery pack needs to be charged or not according to the residual electric quantity of the lithium battery pack and determines whether a hydrogen storage tank needs to be replaced or not according to the internal pressure of the hydrogen storage tank. Also disclosed is an energy system. According to the method, the rationality of energy system management is improved, the smooth use process of the user is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
