The invention discloses a hydrogen energy excavator and an electric energy management system and electric energy management method.The electric energy management system comprises a VCU module, the VCU module is connected with a first BMS, an all-in-one control module, an air conditioner module, an air conditioner compressor, a driving motor and a display module, and the all-in-one control module is connected with a second power unit, the driving motor, the air conditioner compressor and the air conditioner module. The first BMS is connected with a first power unit and a second BMS, the second BMS is connected to a display module, the second power unit is connected with a whole machine electric appliance, and the second power unit is connected between the second BMS and the display module. The VCU module is connected to the hydrogen engine and the first charging module; by monitoring the states of the first power unit and the second power unit in real time, the system can be charged in time, the power supply and energy supply modes are more comprehensive, and the system can adapt to different working conditions and has good anti-risk capacity.

    本发明公开了一种氢能源挖掘机及其电能管理系统与电能管理方法,电能管理系统包括VCU模块,VCU模块连接有第一BMS、多合一控制模块、空调模块、空调压缩机、驱动电机、显示模块,多合一控制模块连接有第二动力单元、驱动电机、空调压缩机、空调模块,第一BMS分别连接有第一动力单元和第二BMS,第二BMS连接于显示模块,第二动力单元连接有整机用电器,第二动力单元连接于第二BMS和显示模块之间,其特征在于,第一BMS连接有氢发动机、第二充电模块、第一充电模块,VCU模块连接于氢发动机且连接于第一充电模块;本发明通过实时监测第一动力单元与第二动力单元的状态,可以及时为其充电,且供电、供能方式更加全面,可适应不同工况,具有良好的抗风险能力。
