A rear lighting assembly for a two- or three-wheeled vehicle comprising a pair of light-signaling devices connected to a protruding support connectible to the vehicle, such that said light-signaling devices protrude from the left and right sides of said protruding support, and in which the LEDs configured to signal a change in the direction of the vehicle have an average distance from the vertical centerline plane of the vehicle greater than the LEDs configured to signal the vehicle braking and/or to provide the rear position light of the vehicle.
