The method comprises: acquiring a current first position of an intelligent robot and a destination position (S202); determining a moving path of the intelligent robot from the first position to the destination position, wherein the moving path comprises a specific obstacle (S204); and when the intelligent robot has moved from the first position to a second position, and a distance from the second position to a third position of the specific obstacle to which the intelligent robot is approaching reaches a target distance, controlling the intelligent robot to send an access request, wherein the access request is for requesting an access instruction to be sent to the specific obstacle at the third position, and the access instruction is used to instruct removal of access restrictions of the specific obstacle at the third position before arrival of the intelligent robot (S206). The method resolves the issue of low efficiency in controlling an intelligent robot in control methods provided by the related art.
