A suspension mechanism (80) has a tube member (84) that is movably attached to an attachment shaft (82) and includes an outer peripheral surface (841) of approximately hemispherical shape, a first attachment shaft retaining member (12a1) provided on the chassis (12a) to swingably retain the attachment shaft (82) with an outer peripheral surface (841) of the tube member (84) abutted on its inside surface (12a11), a shaft lower end portion (821) of slip surface shape provided at lowermost part of the attachment shaft (82), a second attachment shaft retaining member (12a2) provided on the chassis below the first attachment shaft retaining member (12a1) and having a vertex equivalent section (12a21) of approximately conical shape and a slope equivalent section (12a22) to retain the attachment shaft (82) with the slip surface shape shaft lower end portion (821) abutted onto the vertex equivalent section (12a21) or the slope equivalent section (12a22), and a biasing member (86) that biases the tube member (84) and the shaft lower end portion (821) away from each other.
