The invention relates to a device for displaying compressed air present within a compressed air-supplied system. To this end, the device has a through-hole 19 within a housing 21 of a component supplied with compressed air, wherein said through-hole 19 is designed so as to acoustically display the pressure present in the system within a predetermined pressure range as a throttle point. The device further has a housing cover 22 for the pressure-tight sealing of the through-hole 19. The invention also relates to an air treatment unit, a motor vehicle, and a method for displaying the compressed air present and for producing such a device. The invention advantageously allows for a safe exchange of individual compressed air-supplied system components, in particular pressure sensors and/or solenoid valves, within a compressed air-supplied system.
