The method involves using (a) execution rules (R1) for processes executed on field-programmable gate array computing circuits and CPU controllers. Relevant parameters of a state of an avionics system are monitored (b) based on the rules. An alarm is generated (c) when a parameter does not conform to the rules. The alarm is checked (d) and validated or invalidated (e). Architecture of the system is reconfigured (f) in a dynamic and automatic manner in case of validation of the alarm by migrating avionics function/model. The rules are used (g) again in case of invalidation of the alarm.
