A plurality of sleeper beam modules are welded to form a sleeper beam body, the height size of the middle area is larger than that of the end area, and the middle area is provided with a traction beam connector used for being connected with a traction beam; the sleeper beam body comprises a sleeper beam upper cover plate, a sleeper beam lower cover plate and a sleeper beam rib plate which are arranged at intervals from top to bottom, and the sleeper beam lower cover plate is provided with a bogie traction seat connector and bogie air spring connectors located on the two sides of the bogie traction seat connector. The middle area is provided with the traction beam connector used for being connected with the traction beam, so that the corresponding height of the traction beam can be designed according to the requirement for the bearing capacity of the traction beam, the height of the position of the traction beam connector where the sleeper beam and the traction beam are connected is equal to the section height of the traction beam, and it is guaranteed that the sleeper beam and the traction beam can be reliably welded; the height of other positions of the sleeper beam does not need to be increased along with the traction beam, and then the weight of the sleeper beam can be reduced.
