The invention discloses a sleeper beam structure which comprises an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate, a first vertical plate, a second vertical plate, a third vertical plate and a fourth vertical plate, the sleeper beam structure is I-shaped, a first concave part is formed on the first side of the sleeper beam structure, a second concave part is formed on the second side of the sleeper beam structure, and the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate are arranged in parallel. The first vertical plate and the second vertical plate are perpendicular to the upper cover plate and arranged between the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate, the third vertical plate is used for connecting the first end of the upper cover plate and the first end of the lower cover plate, and the fourth vertical plate is used for connecting the second end of the upper cover plate and the second end of the lower cover plate. By arranging the first vertical plate, the second vertical plate, the third vertical plate and the fourth vertical plate, the anti-load capacity of the sleeper beam structure is met, the number of used plates is small, assembling is convenient, the welding amount is reduced, by arranging the first concave part and the second concave part, occupied space is reduced, light weight of the sleeper beam structure is achieved, and cost is reduced. Therefore, the structure of the sleeper beam is simplified on the premise of ensuring the load resistance of the sleeper beam.

    本发明公开了一种枕梁结构,包括上盖板、下盖板、第一立板、第二立板、第三立板和第四立板,枕梁结构呈“工”字形,且枕梁结构的第一侧形成第一凹部,枕梁结构的第二侧形成第二凹部,上盖板与下盖板平行布置,第一立板和第二立板垂直于上盖板,布置于上盖板和下盖板之间,第三立板用于连接上盖板的第一端和下盖板的第一端,第四立板用于连接上盖板的第二端和下盖板的第二端。通过布置第一立板、第二立板、第三立板和第四立板满足了枕梁结构的抗载荷能力,且其所用板材较少,所以便与装配,减小了焊接量,通过布置第一凹部和第二凹部减小了空间占用,实现了枕梁结构的轻量化,因此其在保证枕梁的抗载荷能力的前提下,简化了枕梁结构。
