The invention relates to a railway vehicle sleeper beam and floor connecting structure which comprises a sleeper beam, a corrugated floor and a floor connecting beam, the floor connecting beam is of acap-shaped structure and is provided with an inverted-U-shaped part, a first folded edge and a second folded edge, the first folded edge and the second folded edge are located in front of and behindthe inverted-U-shaped part respectively, and the first folded edge falls on an upper cover plate of the sleeper beam and is fixed. And the front end of the corrugated floor falls on the upper surfaceof the second folded edge and is fixed. The sleeper beam and the corrugated floor are connected through the floor connecting beam similar to a cap shape, the cap-shaped section is easy to deform, a small part of longitudinal force is transmitted to the corrugated floor through the connecting beam and is mainly transmitted backwards through the two side beams, and therefore a sleeper rear longitudinal beam does not need to be arranged, and the small-section corrugated floor with the small thickness can be adopted. The chassis structure is simplified, the stress of the corrugated floor is reduced, the weight of the chassis is reduced, the service life of a vehicle body is prolonged, the process difficulty is reduced, the production period is shortened, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及轨道车辆枕梁与地板的连接结构,包括枕梁、波纹地板和地板连接梁,地板连接梁为帽型结构,其具有倒U形部和分别位于倒U形部前后方的第一折边和第二折边,该第一折边落在枕梁的上盖板上并固定,波纹地板的前端落在第二折边的上表面并固定。本发明通过类似帽型的地板连接梁连接枕梁与波纹地板,帽型断面易于变形,纵向力很少一部分通过连接梁传递到波纹地板,主要通过两侧梁向后传递,故不需要设枕后纵向梁,可采用厚度较小的小断面波纹地板。本发明简化了底架结构,降低了波纹地板应力,减轻了底架重量,提高了车体寿命,降低了工艺难度,缩短了生产周期,降低了制造成本。
