The invention discloses a four-module train tail locomotive platform device and an implementation method. The device comprises a digital/analog channel machine module, a 400K wireless communication module, an LTE-R communication unit, a control unit and a power supply unit. By adopting the modular design, the system can be switched among a plurality of communication modes, and is compatible with the existing 400K special wireless communication frequency band, 400M special wireless communication frequency band and LTE-R novel broadband wireless communication mode of the railway. According to the technical implementation of the invention, through the configuration integration of the LTE-R communication unit, the digital/analog channel machine module and the 400K wireless communication module in the train wireless dispatching communication platform, the intercommunication compatibility of analog communication, digital communication, LTE-R and 400K signals is realized, and the communication capability of full-line running in various modes of the whole line of a national energy group is realized. Meanwhile, multi-mode data fusion is carried out through the control unit, and it is ensured that communication formats of all modes are compatible.
