本发明公开了一种无人驾驶清扫车的热管理控制方法和系统。该方法包括:电池管理模块响应于无人清扫车的车辆上电操作,根据高压电池的充放电情况向整车控制器发送制冷模式请求和当前充放电状态;整车控制器根据制冷模式请求和当前充放电状态向热管理控制模块发送唤醒请求;热管理控制模块获取所监测的电池管理模块的当前温度值,并接收整车控制器的唤醒请求,根据唤醒请求和当前温度值确定是否开启制冷模式的工作状态;上述技术方案,能够解决高压风冷电池在充放电或者车辆正常行驶时,温度过高的问题,防止因温度过高而导致的电器件损坏,或电器件输出功率降低,电器件使用寿命下降等问题,提高电器件使用效能,以及整车性能。
