The system is connected with the 5G cloud platform, real-time data transmission is achieved, the sweeper is controlled through the 5G cloud platform, the intelligent degree of the sweeper is greatly improved, garbage recognition is conducted on a moving road surface according to environment perception and judgment, mode switching is conducted according to the amount of garbage, the sweeping speed is increased in a place with much garbage, and sweeping efficiency isimproved; the speed of the sweeper is reduced, the speed of the sweeper is reduced and increased in places with less garbage, and meanwhile, different working modes can be selected according to different external environments, so the intelligent degree of the sweeper is greatly improved, blindness in the sweeping process is avoided, and unnecessary working energy consumption is reduced.
