The invention discloses a battery management system of an underground coal mine unmanned vehicle, which relates to the technical field of vehicle data analysis, and comprises the following steps: determining a transportation path matched with transportation task information on an underground coal mine map, screening the transportation path according to a vehicle power condition, a road condition and a battery condition, a path with the highest vehicle and road adaptation degree is selected, and a reliable basis is provided for prediction of a subsequent vehicle battery discharge parameter curve and comparison of battery discharge parameters. The method comprises the following steps: setting a standard curve of vehicle battery discharge related parameters in the transportation process of an underground coal mine driverless vehicle, comparing the difference between the standard curve and an actual curve to evaluate the health of the vehicle battery, and evaluating the health change condition of the vehicle battery by taking a single task as a unit. The reliability and adaptability of battery management of the unmanned vehicle are improved, and the maintenance and management conditions of the battery are optimized, so that the availability and safety of the vehicle battery are continued.

    本发明公开了一种煤矿井下无人驾驶车辆的电池管理系统,涉及车辆数据分析技术领域,包括在煤矿井下地图上来确定与运输任务信息相匹配的运输路径,根据车辆动力情况、道路情况和电池情况来筛选运输路径,选择一个车辆和道路适配度最高的路径,为后续车辆电池放电参数曲线的预测以及电池放电参数的比较提供可靠基础。设定煤矿井下无人驾驶车辆在运输过程中的车辆电池放电相关参数的标准曲线,比对标准曲线和实际曲线之间的差异来对车辆电池健康进行评估,以单次任务为单位对车辆电池健康变化情况进行评估,提高了无人驾驶车辆的电池管理的可靠性和适应性,优化电池的维护和管理情况,从而延续车辆电池的可用性和安全性。
