By arranging the obstacle removing box, the collecting cavity, the material shifting plate and the resistance clearing assembly, when the carriage moves, the resistance clearing assembly in the obstacle removing box on the front portion of the carriage can clear away residual coal between the rails, and the coal can enter the collecting cavity in the carriage under the action of the material shifting plate, so that stable operation of the carriage can be guaranteed, and meanwhile the coal conveying efficiency is improved. And the coal remaining between the rails can be recycled.

    本发明公开了一种煤矿井下用无人驾驶电机车,涉及煤矿开采设备技术领域。该煤矿井下用无人驾驶电机车,包括车厢,安装在车厢上的驱动轮以及安装在车厢上的承重轮,所述车厢的前部固定连接有除障箱,所述除障箱的内部设置有用于清理遗留在轨道间的残煤的清阻组件;所述除障箱的表面通过驱动轮传动设置有转辊,所述车厢的顶部设置有用于储存残煤的收集腔。本发明通过设置除障箱,收集腔,拨料板以及清阻组件,车厢运动时,其前部的除障箱内部的清阻组件可以对轨道间残留的煤炭进行清理,并且会在拨料板的作用下进入到车厢上的收集腔的内部,从而可以保证车厢平稳运行的同时,可以将残留在轨道间的煤炭进行回收。
