The invention discloses a rigidity self-control type two-stage vibration reduction hydro-pneumatic suspension with four inertial elements and a working method. The rod end of a plunger rod in an oil cylinder downwards extends out of the oil cylinder and is fixedly connected with a wheel through a third connecting device and a lower connecting device in sequence; the oil cylinder is sequentially connected with an inerter pipe, an adjustable throttling valve, a damper and a small oil gas chamber through a first oil pipe, and a pipeline between the adjustable throttling valve and the damper is sequentially connected with a rigidity control valve, a normally-open first electromagnetic valve and a large oil gas chamber through a second oil pipe. A closed second electromagnetic valve and a hydraulic pump station are sequentially connected to a pipeline between the normally open first electromagnetic valve and the large oil gas chamber through a third oil pipe; a valve body of the rigidity control valve is fixedly connected with a vehicle body through a valve body clamping device, and a suspension controller is connected with a height sensor and further connected with an adjustable throttling valve, a normally-open first electromagnetic valve, a normally-closed second electromagnetic valve and a hydraulic pump station. Small rigidity is automatically provided when the suspension is located near the balance position, and large rigidity and large damping are automatically provided when the suspension is away from the balance position.

    本发明公开汽车领域中的一种刚度自控型四惯性元件二级减振油气悬架及工作方法,油缸内部的柱塞杆的杆端向下伸出油缸外且依次通过第三联结装置和下联结装置固定连接车轮,油缸通过第一油管依次连接惯容管、可调节流阀、阻尼器和小油气室,可调节流阀与阻尼器之间的管路上以第二油管依次连接刚度控制阀、常开第一电磁阀和大油气室,常开第一电磁阀和大油气室之间的管路上以第三油管依次连接闭第二电磁阀和液压泵站;刚度控制阀的阀体通过阀体夹持器固定连接车身,悬架控制器连接高度传感器,还分别连接可调节流阀、常开第一电磁阀、常闭第二电磁阀和液压泵站;在悬架处于平衡位置附近时自动提供小刚度,在远离平衡位置自动提供大刚度和大阻尼。
