The invention discloses a quasi-zero-stiffness two-stage damping hydro-pneumatic suspension with four inertial elements and a working method, the lower end of an oil cylinder body is fixedly connected with the upper end of a force transmission cylinder, a force transmission plate and a first buffer block are arranged in the force transmission cylinder, the force transmission plate is arranged above the first buffer block, and a distance is reserved between the upper end face of the first buffer block and the lower end face of the force transmission plate; the rod end of the plunger rod downwards passes through the force transmission cylinder, penetrates through the force transmission plate and a central through hole of the first buffer block and then extends out of the lower end face of the force transmission cylinder, the lower end of the plunger rod is fixedly sleeved with a second buffer block, and a distance is reserved between the upper end face of the second buffer block and the lower end face of the force transmission cylinder. The lower end of the plunger rod is fixedly connected with a wheel through a third coupling device and a lower coupling device in sequence; a wheel dynamic vibration absorber is fixedly connected above the third coupling device; when the suspension is far away from the balance position, large rigidity is automatically provided, when the high-frequency vibration reduction requirement of the vehicle body is met, inerter can be provided, and the high-frequency vibration of the vehicle body is effectively restrained by adopting three measures of small-rigidity vibration isolation/anti-resonance/wheel dynamic vibration absorption.

    本发明公开一种拟准零刚度四惯性元件二级减振油气悬架及工作方法,油缸缸体下端固定连接传力筒上端,传力筒内部设有传力板和第一缓冲块,传力板在第一缓冲块的上方,第一缓冲块上端面与传力板的下端面之间留有距离;柱塞杆杆端向下经传力筒且穿过传力板和第一缓冲块的中心通孔后伸出在传力筒下端面之外,柱塞杆下端外固定套有第二缓冲块,第二缓冲块上端面与传力筒下端面之间留有距离,柱塞杆下端依次通过第三联结装置和下联结装置固定连接车轮,第三联结装置上方固定连接车轮动力吸振器;当悬架远离平衡位置自动提供大刚度,在车身高频减振需求时,能够提供惯容,实现采用小刚度隔振/反共振/车轮动力吸振三种措施对车身高频振动进行有效抑振。
