The invention discloses a starting battery fault emergency processing device and method, and the device comprises a battery management module and a fault emergency processing unit which are electrically connected with a lithium ion starting battery, and the battery management module is connected between a first pole of the lithium ion starting battery and a first pole of a load. A second pole of the lithium ion starting battery is connected with a second pole of the load, the battery management module is used for collecting an electric signal of the lithium ion starting battery to perform power control and safety protection, the first pole and the second pole are respectively connected with a first pole and a second pole of the load to supply power to the load, and the first pole and the second pole are opposite in polarity; the fault emergency processing unit and the battery management module are arranged in parallel, when the battery management module breaks down, the fault emergency processing unit is used for transmitting electricity of the lithium ion starting battery to the load, so that the load is started, operation is easy, cost is low, the emergency processing method is more comprehensive, and the effect is better; and the fault processing speed and flexibility of the lithium ion starting battery are improved.

    本发明公开了一种启动电池故障应急处理装置及处理方法,包括与锂离子启动电池电连接的电池管理模块和故障应急处理单元,电池管理模块接在锂离子启动电池的第一极和负载的第一极柱之间,锂离子启动电池的第二极接负载的第二极柱,电池管理模块用于采集锂离子启动电池的电信号以进行功率控制和安全保护,第一极柱和第二极柱分别接负载的第一极和负载的第二极以对负载供电,第一极与第二极的极性相反;故障应急处理单元与电池管理模块并联设置,在电池管理模块故障时,使用故障应急处理单元将锂离子启动电池的电输送至负载,使得负载得以启动,操作简单且成本低廉,应急处理方法更全面,效果更佳,提高了锂离子启动电池故障处理的速度和灵活性。
