The invention discloses an emergency processing method for new energy automobile power battery fault. When the power battery of the new energy automobile has temperature difference, the pressure difference is too large, BMS communication is lost and SOC is overlow; when the automobile enters an emergency state, the double flashing lights are automatically turned on, the new energy automobile enters a limp mode under the condition that no potential safety hazard exists, and a tail end discharging mode is adopted for the condition that the SOC is too low, so that the automobile can run to a safearea in a low-speed running state, and traffic jam or other safety problems are avoided. According to the method, the new energy vehicle in the emergency state enters the limp mode, so that the faulted vehicle can be driven to the safe area in time, and the traffic jam problem caused by vehicle faults is effectively avoided; in addition, the double flashing lamps have a warning function and can remind surrounding vehicles to bypass in time.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车动力电池故障的应急处理方法,当新能源汽车的动力电池出现温差、压差过大,BMS通信丢失、SOC过低等故障时,汽车进入应急状态,双闪灯自动打开,在确认无安全隐患的情况下使新能源汽车进入跛行模式,对SOC过低的情况采用末端放电的方式,使汽车能够以一个低速行驶的状态行驶至安全的区域,避免造成交通拥堵或其他安全问题。本发明方法通过令应急状态下的新能源汽车进入跛行模式,使得故障车能够及时行驶至安全区域,有效避免了因汽车故障导致的交通拥堵问题;此外双闪灯具有警示作用,能及时提醒周边车辆绕行。
