The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for constructing and predicting an actual traffic capacity prediction model of a road. The construction method comprises the following steps: carrying out following scene division on an expressway on which a manual driving vehicle and an intelligent network connection vehicle are mixed; according to the permeability and the formation intensity of the intelligent network connection vehicles, a probability model of each car following scene is constructed; according to the quadratic fitting curve of the driving speed and the driving response time in each car-following scene, constructing a car head distance model of each car-following scene; and constructing a prediction model of the actual traffic capacity of the expressway according to the probability model and the headstock distance model of each car-following scene. According to the embodiment, the actual traffic capacity of the high road in the mixed flow scene can be accurately estimated, and a basis is provided for formulating a traffic control strategy, designing traffic facilities, deploying an intelligent traffic system and the like.
