According to the ultrasonic eddy current integrated double-track flaw detector and the detection method provided by the invention, ultrasonic detection can be simultaneously carried out on internal flaws and vertical flaws of a steel rail head, a rail waist and an extension part of the steel rail, eddy current detection can be simultaneously carried out on surface cracks of a steel rail tread, and the eddy current detection speed and the detection speed of the vertical flaws of a welding seam are improved.
