The invention relates to the technical field of traction devices for rail vehicles, and particularly discloses a double-rail flaw detection tractor. The double-rail flaw detection tractor is characterized in that a frame assembly is movably arranged on a rail; the power component is used for driving the frame assembly to move; the heat dissipation assembly is used for heat dissipation; the control assembly is electrically connected with the power assembly and the heat dissipation assembly; the connecting component is arranged on the frame assembly and is movably connected with the flaw detection car; the connecting assembly comprises a bearing seat arranged on the frame assembly; one end of the mounting rod is rotatably arranged in the bearing seat, and the other end of the mounting rod extends in the direction away from the frame assembly; the loading rod is welded and mounted at one end, far away from the frame assembly, of the mounting rod; and the mounting hole is formed in the carrying rod. By using the method, the automation degree of steel rail flaw detection operation can be effectively improved, the flaw detection cost is reduced, and the rail flaw detection efficiency is improved; the flaw detection car and the tractor can relatively move left and right, so that the flaw detection car is prevented from swinging along with the tractor to derail, and the running stability is ensured.

    本发明涉及轨道用车的牵引装置的技术领域,具体而言,公开了一种双轨探伤牵引车包括:车架总成可移动地设置于轨道上;动力组件用于驱动车架总成移动;散热组件用于散热;控制组件与动力组件和散热组件电连接;连接组件设置于车架总成上,与探伤车可活动连接;连接组件包括:轴承座,设置于车架总成;安装杆,一端可转动的设置于轴承座内,另一端朝向远离车架总成的方向延伸;载物杆,焊接安装于安装杆远离车架总成的一端;安装孔,开设于载物杆上。通过使用本发明,能够有效提升钢轨探伤作业的自动化程度,降低探伤成本提升轨道探伤效率;还能够供探伤车和牵引车左右产生相对运动,防止探伤车随牵引车摆动而导致脱轨,保证行车稳定。
