The invention provides an ultrasonic flaw detector for a track bridge type bogie, and relates to the field of ultrasonic flaw detection. A kidney-shaped track is mounted on the upper end face of the base, two supporting frames are mounted in the middle of the front side of the upper end face of the base in a left-right symmetry mode, and two ultrasonic flaw detection mechanisms are mounted on the inner sides of the two supporting frames in a front-back symmetry mode. Through the cooperation of the two mobile vehicle bodies and the ultrasonic flaw detection mechanism, when the side frame of the bogie is detected, the ultrasonic probe is automatically driven to move to a designated position through the cooperation of the left-right screw rod sliding table, the up-down screw rod sliding table and the electric cylinder; therefore, a detector does not need to manually hold an ultrasonic probe to detect the welding seam part on the side frame of the bogie, physical strength is saved, and better working efficiency is achieved. The problems that when an existing ultrasonic flaw detector is used for detecting the side frame of the bogie, an ultrasonic probe is manually held for detection, labor is consumed, and efficiency is low are solved.
本发明提供一种轨道桥式转向架超声探伤机,涉及超声探伤领域,包括:基座;所述基座上端面安装有腰圆型轨道,且基座上端面前侧中部呈左右对称状安装有两个支撑架,两个支撑架内侧呈前后对称状安装有两个超声探伤机构。通过两个移动车体与超声探伤机构的配合,能够对转向架侧架进行探测时,通过左右丝杆滑台、上下丝杆滑台与电动缸的配合,自动带着超声波探头移动至指定位置,从而无需检测人员再通过手动拿着超声波探头对转向架侧架上的焊缝部位进行探测,不仅节省体力,且具有更好的工作效率;解决了现有的超声探伤机在对转向架侧架进行检测时,通过手动拿着超声波探头进行探测的检测方式,不仅耗费体力,且效率较低的问题。
