Through optimized combination of structures and parameters of the primary suspension device and the secondary suspension device, the dynamic performance is improved, and an integral hoisting device can be formed through combination of the center pin and the axle box hoisting pin, so that integral hoisting of a bogie and a vehicle body is realized. And the power of the power bogie is provided by a traction motor hung at the lower part of the vehicle body.
