And the driving plate can be conveniently and correspondingly connected with the auxiliary balancing weight, the fixed seat and the supporting legs under different balance weight requirements, so that different balance weight operations can be correspondingly realized under different hoisting operations, and the safety of the crane in the hoisting work is improved.
