    本发明公开了一种稳定高效的防侧翻起重机及其防侧翻方法,包括车体、水平机构和支撑机构,水平机构设置于车体底部,支撑机构也设置于车体底部,水平机构包括安装框和两个第一定位板,两个第一定位板均设置于车体顶部,安装框两侧内表壁靠近中心处之间固定连接有隔板,隔板底部中心处两侧均固定连接有第一油缸。本发明中,通过车体能够使设备便捷移动至指定使用地点,到达指定使用地点后观察圆形气泡水平仪本体实际展示结果,当圆形气泡水平仪本体显示车体受地面影响较为偏向第一延伸块侧倾斜时,在导向条的位置限制下和支撑辊的有效支撑下将第一延伸块较大程度抽出,使第一延伸块抽出长度大于第二延伸块抽出长度。
