The invention provides a forklift anti-rollover structure, a forklift anti-rollover method and a telescopic boom forklift, and relates to the technical field of forklifts. The forklift anti-rollover structure comprises a forklift controller and a sensor arranged between a rear axle and a frame; and the sensor is used for measuring the pressure loaded on the rear axle by the frame and is connectedwith the forklift controller. The forklift anti-rollover method is used for forklift anti-rollover and comprises the following steps that the pressure loaded on the rear axle by the forklift frame ismeasured through the sensor, the measured pressure value is transmitted to the forklift controller, the forklift controller compares the measured pressure value with a preset pressure value, and if the measured pressure value is not larger than the preset pressure value, a protection measure is started; and if the measured pressure value is greater than the preset pressure value, the protection measure is not started. The telescopic boom forklift adopts the forklift anti-rollover method and comprises a forklift body and the forklift anti-rollover structure; and the forklift anti-rollover structure is arranged on the forklift body. And the technical effect of high reliability is achieved.
