The invention discloses a solar cell array steering mechanism of a commercial microsatellite and a steering control method of the solar cell array steering mechanism. The steering mechanism comprises a basic frame, a driving mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a connecting piece. The connecting piece is rotationally connected to the basic frame, and an assembling structure capable of installing a solar cell array is arranged on the connecting piece; the driving mechanism is arranged in the basic frame, and the driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the connecting piece through a transmission mechanism so as to drive the connecting piece to rotate. The device is applied to the technical field of commercial microsatellites, the solar cell array can be driven to steer in the operation process of the microsatellites, then the time of the maximum illuminated area of the solar cell array is prolonged, the whole satellite obtains more energy, and meanwhile the device is compact in structure, compact in transmission, small in appearance size, light in whole machine weight, high in reliability and suitable for popularization and application. The cost of the solar cell array steering mechanism can be effectively reduced, and the working performance of the steering mechanism can be improved.
本发明公开了一种商业微小卫星的太阳电池阵转向机构及其转向控制方法,转向机构包括基础框架、驱动机构、传动机构与连接件;所述连接件转动连接在所述基础框架上,且所述连接件上设有能够安装太阳电池阵的装配结构;所述驱动机构设在所述基础框架内,且所述驱动机构通过传动机构与所述连接件传动相连,以驱动所述连接件转动。本发明应用于商业微小卫星技术领域,可在微小卫星运行过程中驱动太阳电池阵转向,进而延长太阳电池阵“最大”受光照面积的时间,使整星获得更多的能源,同时结构紧凑、传动紧密、外形尺寸小、整机轻量化、可靠性高,能够有效地降低太阳电池阵转向机构成本的同时,还能提升转向机构工作性能。
