The invention provides a vehicle-to-vehicle time interval determination method, computer equipment, a storage medium and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: determining a first adhesion coefficient corresponding to a driving road surface according to a road environment image collected by a first vehicle in real time in a process that the first vehicle follows a second vehicle to drive; the wheel slip rate of the first vehicle is determined according to the actually measured vehicle speed of the first vehicle and the wheel speed of the wheels of the first vehicle, and a second adhesion coefficient corresponding to the driving road surface is determined according to an adhesion coefficient determination mode matched with the value of the wheel slip rate; if the value ranges of the wheel slip rates are different, the corresponding adhesion coefficient determination modes are different; determining a target attachment coefficient according to the confidence coefficients corresponding to the first attachment coefficient and the second attachment coefficient; and according to the target adhesion coefficient and the actually measured vehicle speed, determining a target vehicle-to-vehicle time interval of the first vehicle, and controlling the first vehicle to run according to the target vehicle-to-vehicle time interval.
