The invention relates to a vehicle time interval control method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a first target vehicle in front of a lane where a current vehicle is located and a second target vehicle in an adjacent lane, and carrying out the track prediction of the first target vehicle and the second target vehicle, and obtaining a first predicted operation state of the first target vehicle and a second predicted operation state of the second target vehicle within a preset predicted time period, and controlling a first time interval between the current vehicle and the first target vehicle and a second time interval between the current vehicle and the second target vehicle according to the first predicted operation state and the second predicted operation state respectively. Therefore, the problem that collision danger is increased due to the fact that the time interval between the vehicles cannot be effectively controlled in dangerous scenes such as emergency braking and stopping and cut-in of the target vehicle ahead is solved, track prediction is conducted on the vehicles ahead of the lane and the adjacent lane through the track prediction technology, and therefore the vehicle following time interval is controlled in advance according to the driving intention obtained through track prediction; and the driving safety is ensured.

    本申请涉及一种车辆时距的控制方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,其中,包括:获取当前车辆所在车道前方的第一目标车辆和相邻车道的第二目标车辆,分别对第一目标车辆和第二目标车辆进行轨迹预测,得到在预设预测时效内的第一目标车辆的第一预测运行状态和第二目标车辆的第二预测运行状态,分别根据第一预测运行状态和第二预测运行状态控制当前车辆与第一目标车辆的第一时距,以及与第二目标车辆的第二时距。由此,解决了无法对前方目标车辆的紧急刹停、切入等危险场景有效的控制车辆间时距,从而增加碰撞危险等问题,通过轨迹预测技术对车道和相邻车道的前方车辆进行轨迹预测,从而根据轨迹预测得到的行驶意图提前控制跟车时距,以保证行车安全。
