The embodiment of the invention discloses a vehicle following time interval determination method and device, equipment and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a set time interval under the condition of triggering an adaptive cruise function; acquiring current road surface information of the vehicle; wherein the road surface information comprises a normal road surface, an ice snow covered road surface and a gravel road surface; the set time interval is adjusted according to the road surface information, the target time interval is obtained, and the vehicle is made to run along with the vehicle according to the target time interval. According to the technical scheme, by adjusting the set time interval according to the road surface information, the adaptability of the self-adaptive cruising function under different road surface conditions can be improved, the driving comfort can be improved while the driving safety of the vehicle is guaranteed, and therefore the user experience is improved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种跟车时距的确定方法、装置、设备及介质。该方法包括:通过在触发自适应巡航功能的条件下,获取设定时距;获取车辆当前所处的路面信息;其中,路面信息包括正常路面、冰雪路面以及沙石路面;根据路面信息对设定时距进行调整,获得目标时距,使得车辆根据目标时距进行跟车行驶。上述技术方案,通过根据路面信息对设定时距进行调整的方式,可提升自适应巡航功能在不同路面情况下的适应性,在保证车辆行驶安全的同时,可提升驾驶舒适性,从而提高用户体验。
