The invention relates to a single-point intersection signal control parameter optimization method based on a recommendation system, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the real-time traffic data of a to-be-optimized single-point intersection, inputting the real-time traffic data into the recommendation system, recognizing a corresponding most similar historical scene, calculating a benefit-cost ratio, and diagnosing the signal control parameters of the to-be-adjusted single-point intersection according to the benefit-cost ratio. A corresponding optimization scheme is generated; the construction process of the recommendation system specifically comprises the following steps that S101, historical traffic data are obtained, an initial multi-dimensional matrix is constructed, and elements in the initial multi-dimensional matrix represent the maximum vehicle average delay value of a specific traffic scene under a specific signal control scheme; s102, complementing uncovered traffic scenes in the initial multi-dimensional matrix by adopting a BiasSVD (Singular Value Decomposition) algorithm to generate a dense matrix; and S103, constructing a recommendation system according to the dense matrix. Compared with the prior art, the intersection signal control parameters with problems can be automatically diagnosed, and corresponding modification guidance is provided.

    本发明涉及一种基于推荐系统的单点交叉口信号控制参数优化方法,包括以下步骤:获取待优化单点交叉口的实时交通数据,输入推荐系统,识别对应的最相似历史场景,计算效益成本比值,据此诊断需要调整的单点交叉口信号控制参数,并生成相应的优化方案;其中,所述推荐系统的构建过程具体如下:S101、获取历史交通数据,构建初始多维矩阵,所述初始多维矩阵中的元素表示在特定信号控制方案下,特定交通场景的最大车均延误值;S102、采用BiasSVD算法对所述初始多维矩阵中的未覆盖交通场景进行补全,生成密集矩阵;S103、根据所述密集矩阵构建推荐系统。与现有技术相比,本发明可以自动诊断存在问题的交叉口信号控制参数,并提供相应的修改指导。
