The invention discloses a hoisting construction and monitoring method for a vertical jacking pipe joint of a subsea tunnel. The construction method comprises the steps of vehicle-mounted transportation of the pipe joints, hoisting of the pipe joints, preliminary adjustment and lowering of the postures of the pipe joints, rail pulley transportation of the pipe joints, monitoring and control when the pipe joints are in place, butt joint between the pipe joints, monitoring and control when the pipe joints are in butt joint and connection between the pipe joints. By means of the construction method, the pipe joints are safely and efficiently conveyed and hoisted to the vertical jacking equipment; the monitoring method comprises the steps of integrity inspection of the pipe joints, position coordinate monitoring and control, flatness monitoring and control of the pipe joints and axis consistency monitoring and control of the pipe joints, and the position coordinates, the levelness and the axis consistency of the pipe joints are monitored and controlled when the pipe joints are installed in place. Therefore, the pipe joint can be accurately and efficiently mounted on the vertical jacking equipment, and the hoisting construction quality and efficiency of the vertical jacking pipe joint of the subsea tunnel are improved.

    本发明公开了一种海底隧道垂直顶升管节吊装施工及监控方法,所述施工方法包括管节的车载运输、管节的吊升、管节的姿态初步调整及下放、管节的轨道滑轮运输、管节就位时的监测和控制、管节之间的对接、管节对接时的监测和控制和管节之间的连接;通过该施工方法实现了安全而高效地将管节运送并吊装至垂直顶升设备上;所述监控方法包括管节的完整性检查、位置坐标监测和控制、管节水平度监测和控制和管节轴线一致性监测和控制,通过监测和控制管节在安装就位时的位置坐标、水平度和轴线一致性,从而实现精确而高效地将管节安装至垂直顶升设备上,提高了海底隧道垂直顶升管节吊装施工的质量和效率。
