The invention relates to a quasi-rectangular large-diameter pipe-jacking tunnel pipe joint hoisting and overturning device and a construction method. The device comprises a length-adjustable lifting beam, lifting arms, a connecting piece and at least two traction mechanisms. The lifting arms are vertically connected to two ends of the lifting beam. The connecting piece is vertically connected to the bottoms of the lifting arms, and a connecting end part connected with a pipe joint to be lifted is formed on the connecting piece. The at least two traction mechanisms are connected to the corresponding end portions of the lifting beam, the traction length of the traction mechanisms can be adjusted, the end portion of one traction mechanism is detachably connected to the upper portion of a pipe joint to be lifted, and the end portion of the other traction mechanism is detachably connected to the lower portion of the pipe joint to be lifted. By adjusting the traction length of the traction mechanisms, the to-be-hoisted pipe joint can be rotated and adjusted around the connecting end part so as to realize the overturning of the to-be-hoisted pipe joint. The pipe joint is overturned to a vertical state by adjusting the length of the traction mechanisms, and then is directly hoisted to a mounting position and is mounted, so that the mounting speed of the pipe joint is increased, and the mounting efficiency of the pipe joint is improved.

    本发明涉及一种类矩形大口径顶管隧道管节吊装翻运装置及施工方法,该装置包括:长度可调节的吊梁;垂直连接于吊梁两端的吊臂;垂直连接于吊臂的底部处的连接件,形成有供与待吊装的管节连接的连接端部;连接在吊梁对应端部处的至少两个牵拉机构,牵拉机构的牵拉长度可调节,其中的一个牵拉机构的端部可拆卸的连接在待吊装的管节的上部,另一个牵拉机构的端部可拆卸的连接在待吊装的管节的下部,通过调节牵拉机构的牵拉长度可使得待吊装的管节绕连接端部进行转动调节以实现待吊装的管节的翻转。本发明通过调节牵拉机构的长度让管节翻转至垂直状态,进而直接吊运到安装位置并完成安装,加快了管节的安装速度,提高管节的安装效率。
