The invention provides a jacking pipe joint hoisting device. The device comprises a transverse hoisting beam, hoisting arms and first plug pins, the two ends of the transverse hoisting beam are each connected with one hoisting arm, first plug pin holes are formed in the hoisting arms, and the first plug pins are arranged in the first plug pin holes. Due to the fact that the two ends of the transverse hoisting beam are each connected with the corresponding hoisting arm, the first plug pin holes are formed in the hoisting arms, and the first plug pins are arranged in the first plug pin holes, after the first plug pins are inserted into hoisting holes in pipe joints, the pipe joints can be hoisted by hoisting the transverse hoisting beam. Moreover, the pipe joints can be hoisted only by inserting the first plug pins into the pipe joints, so that the hoisting operation is relatively simple.
