The invention relates to the technical field of shield segments, and discloses a large-diameter shield segment hoisting device which comprises a turnover mechanism and a hoisting mechanism. The turnover mechanism comprises a movable frame, a turnover plate and a crank driving mechanism, the turnover plate extends into a gap between the shield segment and a loading plate of the transport vehicle in a horizontal posture and is connected with the outer arc surface of the shield segment, and the crank driving mechanism drives the turnover plate to rotate, so that the shield segment reaches a vertical state; the lifting mechanism comprises a crane and a lifting appliance, the crane lifts the lifting appliance through a steel cable, the lifting appliance comprises a horizontal frame body and a vertical frame body which are fixedly connected with each other, and the lifting mechanism is used for lifting the shield segment in a vertical state to a mounting position. The device has the advantages that the automation degree and the working efficiency in the whole overturning process are high; in addition, the hoisting mechanism can achieve rapid connection and hoisting through holes in the outer arc face and the top end face of the shield segment.
