The invention relates to the technical field of underground engineering shield construction, and discloses a construction method for hoisting and descending a large-diameter shield tunneling machine into a well for assembling and an auxiliary hoisting device. In the prior art, assembling is time-consuming, efficiency is low, and time cost is high; and the technical problem of reworking can be solved. Before the shield tunneling machine is hoisted, hoisting equipment is prepared, a roadbed is laid in a walking area of the hoisting equipment so as to bear the self weight of the hoisting equipment and the hoisting weight, and the hoisting equipment comprises a 400 t crawler crane and/or a 300 t crawler crane. Precise hoisting positioning and firm connection of each split part are ensured, the construction risk is reduced, and unnecessary rework is reduced; by optimizing the hoisting, descending and assembling procedures and steps, the assembling difficulty can be reduced, the assembling efficiency and accuracy can be improved, and therefore the construction time is shortened, and the overall construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及地下工程盾构施工技术领域,公开了一种大直径盾构机吊装下井组装施工方法及辅助起吊装置。旨在解决现有技术中组装耗时,效率低,时间成本高;会出现返工的情况的技术问题。本发明在盾构机吊装之前,准备吊装设备,并在吊装设备的行走区域内铺设路基、以承载吊装设备自重和吊装重量,所述吊装设备包括400t和/或300t履带吊。本发明确保各分体部件精确吊装定位与牢固连接,降低施工风险,减少不必要的返工;通过优化吊装下井和组装工序与步骤,可以降低组装的难度,提高组装的效率和准确性,从而减少施工时间,提高整体施工效率。
