The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, and discloses an automobile rear wheel steering gear lightweight yoke and sealing structure which comprises a rear wheel steering gear shell, a sliding bearing is arranged on the inner side of the rear wheel steering gear shell, a reciprocating connecting rod is arranged in the sliding bearing, one end of the connecting rod is provided with a yoke, and the other end of the connecting rod is provided with a sealing ring. And the yoke is positioned on the mounting side and is in interference fit with the yoke bushing. According to the light-weight joint fork and the sealing structure of the automobile rear wheel steering gear, the joint fork main body is made of the aluminum alloy material, so that the problem of heavy weight of the joint fork of the rear wheel steering gear is solved, and the weight reduction requirement of a rear wheel steering gear assembly is met. The yoke bushing of a steel piece is designed between the yoke and the connecting rod, and the steel gasket is also designed between the yoke bolt and the yoke main body, so that the structural strength of the yoke, the connecting rod and the bolt which are subjected to large stress is ensured, and in addition, the sealing ring is designed on the end face of the connecting rod matched with the yoke bushing, so that the problem of poor waterproof sealing performance of the yoke and the connecting rod is solved; and the waterproof sealing performance of the steering gear assembly is ensured.

    本发明涉及汽车技术领域,且公开了一种汽车后轮转向器轻量化节叉及密封结构,包括后轮转向器壳体,所述后轮转向器壳体的内侧设置有滑动轴承,且滑动轴承中设置有往复移动的连杆,所述连杆的一端安装有节叉,且节叉位于安装侧过盈配合节叉衬套。该一种汽车后轮转向器轻量化节叉及密封结构由于节叉主体采用了铝合金金材料解决了后轮转向器节叉重量较重问题,满足了后轮转向器总成减重的要求。节叉与连杆之间设计了钢件的节叉衬套,同时节叉螺栓与节叉主体之间也设计了钢垫片,这样保证了节叉与连杆和螺栓受力大的位置的结构强度,此外节叉衬套配合的连杆端面设计了密封圈又解决了节叉与连杆防水密封性不好的问题,保证了转向器总成防水密封性。
