The invention provides a rear wheel steering gear and a vehicle. The rear wheel steering gear comprises a clutch, a transmission shaft and a tie rod. The clutch is in transmission connection with the steering motor and the transmission shaft; and the transmission shaft is used for driving the tie rod to displace and further driving the two rear wheels to steer. The clutch includes an input member, an output member, and two meniscus plates. One end of the input piece is in transmission connection with a steering motor, and the other end comprises a pair of axial protrusions. The pair of axial protrusions are arranged at intervals in the radial direction of the clutch, and each axial protrusion is used for being in transmission connection with a meniscus. One end of the output piece comprises another pair of axial protrusions, and the other end is used for being in transmission connection with a transmission shaft. The arrangement direction of the other pair of axial protrusions is perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the pair of axial protrusions. The two half-moon plates are arranged at intervals in the arrangement direction of one pair of axial protrusions, and a gap between the two half-moon plates is used for containing the other pair of axial protrusions. By optimizing the internal structure of the rear wheel steering gear, the torque bearing capacity of the rear wheel steering gear is increased to improve the reliability.
