    本发明涉及汽车后轮转向器技术领域,且公开了一种汽车后轮转向器限制轴转动结构,包括丝杠,所述丝杠的外壁螺纹套接有方型轴,所述方型轴的外壁活动套接有凹型滑块,所述凹型滑块的底端为两处凸起状结构,相比将转向器壳体内部加工到满足行程的方形内壁,本发明仅需将转向器壳体很小一部分内壁加工成方形即可,从根本上解决了转向器壳体较长方形内壁难以加工的问题,且在加工时间和加工成本上具有更大的优势,类方型或将轴两侧铣成扁的形式与凹型滑块面接触替代了方形滑块结构旋转时的线接触,可承受更大的径向负荷,凹型滑块与方型轴接触表面设计了储油槽,方型轴滑动时摩擦阻力更低且保证长期工作时仍具有很好的润滑效果。
