The vector chassis of the inspection robot relates to the technical field of robots and comprises a chassis frame, arc-shaped glass fiber plates are fixedly mounted on the upper portions and the lower portions of the four corners of the chassis frame, four sets of aluminum alloy plates are arranged in the middle of the front portion and the rear portion of the chassis frame, and glass fiber plate springs are arranged on the upper portions and the lower portions of square through holes in the four corners of the chassis frame. A plurality of bolt hole sets are formed in the positions, close to the aluminum alloy plate, of the glass fiber plate springs, bolts penetrate through one bolt hole set to be fixedly connected with the aluminum alloy plate, through grooves are formed in the middles of the glass fiber plate springs at the same upper position and the same lower position, and omnidirectional wheel train structures are fixedly installed in the through grooves. Each omni-directional wheel train structure is composed of a steering driving structure and a driving roller structure, all the modules can independently rotate at any angle, the running speed is independently configured, and the vector wheel moving chassis can move in any direction and any track by controlling the angle and the running speed of all the vector wheel modules. And meanwhile, extremely high maneuverability and high road holding force are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种巡检机器人矢量底盘,涉及机器人技术领域,包括底盘框架,所述底盘框架四角上下固定装安装有圆弧状玻纤板,所述底盘框架前后中部设置有四组铝合金板,所述底盘框架四角方形通孔处上下均设置有玻纤板簧,且玻纤板簧靠近铝合金板位置开设有多组螺栓孔组,通过螺栓贯穿其中一组螺栓孔组与铝合金板固定连接,每同一上下位置的玻纤板簧中部均开设贯穿槽,贯穿槽中固定安装有全向轮系结构,每个全向轮系结构由转向驱动结构和驱动滚轮结构组成,各模块可以独立地度任意角度旋转,独立地配置行驶速度,通过控制各个矢量轮模块的角度和行驶速度,矢量轮移动底盘可以实现任意方向、任意轨迹的运动,同时具有极强的机动性、高抓地力。
