The invention discloses a crane working control method and system based on Beidou positioning and application of the crane working control method and system. According to the scheme, feature parts of a tower crane are positioned in real time through a Beidou positioning module, so that the positions of the feature parts can be updated in time when the crane works, and the working efficiency of the crane is improved. The motion state data of the characteristic parts of the crane can be further obtained by combining with the inertial measurement unit deployed on the crane, and the working state of the crane can be further tracked after the motion state data and the positioning data are fused, so that the working state of the crane can be tracked when a plurality of cranes in a working site serve at the same time; the working interference between the tower cranes can be reduced, and early warning can be provided for background management personnel; in addition, according to the scheme, the possible working range is obtained by simulating the operation instruction, whether the problem of working interference exists or not is judged according to the intersection of action track functions between different cranes, and a mechanism guarantee is provided for safe working of the cranes in a working site.

    本发明公开了基于北斗定位的起重机工作控制方法、系统及其应用,本方案通过北斗定位模块对塔式起重机的特征部件进行实时定位,使得起重机在工作动作时,特征部件位置能够被及时更新,而结合起重机上部署的惯性测量单元可以进一步获得起重机的特征部件的运动状态数据,将运动状态数据和定位数据融合后,可以进一步实现对起重机的工作状态的跟踪,使得工作场地内多台起重机进行同时服役时,能够降低塔式起重机之间的工作干涉,以及为后台管理人员提供预警;本方案还通过对操作指令进行模拟,以获得其可能发生的工作范围,利用不同起重机之间的动作轨迹函数的交集来判断是否存在工作干涉的问题,为多台起重机在工作场地内的安全工作提供机制保障。
