The invention discloses a TOA positioning-based crane work control method and application thereof, and the method comprises the following steps: arranging a plurality of UWB base stations on a work site, and configuring corresponding UWB positioning labels on work parts and obstacles of a crane; distance information of working parts of all cranes and obstacles is obtained through a UWB base station; based on the TOA positioning technology, real-time space positions of working parts of the crane and obstacles are obtained; performing inversion on the position of each working part of the crane to obtain attitude information when the crane works; according to the attitude information of the crane and the spatial position information of each obstacle, constructing a three-dimensional digital twinborn model corresponding to the crane and the site where the crane is located; and according to the relative position between the crane and the obstacle in the model, the operation of the crane is intervened or an early warning signal is sent out according to a preset condition. According to the invention, the crane can be effectively prevented from colliding with obstacles in the operation process, and accidents of collision injury to operators and equipment damage on an operation site are reduced.

    本发明公开一种基于TOA定位的起重机工作控制方法及其应用,该方法包括:在作业现场布置若干UWB基站,并在起重机的工作部件及障碍物上配置相应的UWB定位标签;通过UWB基站,获取各起重机的工作部件以及障碍物的距离信息;基于TOA定位技术,获取起重机的工作部件以及障碍物的实时空间位置;对起重机各工作部件的位置进行反演,以获得起重机工作时的姿态信息;根据起重机的姿态信息以及各障碍物的空间位置信息,构建起重机及其所在现场相对应的三维数字孪生模型;根据模型中起重机与障碍物之间的相对位置,按照预设条件对起重机的运行进行干预或发出预警信号。本发明可有效避免起重机作业过程中与障碍物发生碰撞,减少作业现场人员撞伤、设备损坏事故。
